Shipping policy

Your order will be delivered to the address provided within 7–30 working days after payment has been received. In rare cases, delivery may take a few additional days. During promotional periods and public holidays, delivery may take longer than usual.

Returns

Non-faulty products purchased online may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
• The product must not have been damaged by the customer.
• The product must be unused and in a resaleable condition, with all labels, protective films and seals intact.
• The complete product and all included components must be returned.
• Any complimentary gifts received with the order must also be returned.
